Below are some questions that come up often. Please take a look at them before creating a support ticket in case your question is answered already.

How do I disable Flow?

You can disable Flow by clicking the power button in the pop-up.

Why isn't my Flow working.

Make sure you have Flow enabled and the extension icon is purple and not grayed out. You can enable it in the pop-up. A profile also must be selected if the site requires input information.

My Flow is enabled but nothing is working.

Make sure you have a profile selected on the Home page of the popup or the Profiles page in settings. More information on profiles can be found here.

Why am I getting "Invalid Auth Token"?

Make sure your computers time is correct. You can check this by visiting https://time.is/ and syncing your time there.

I am trying to access Flow on another browser, how do I reset my license?

If Flow is already active on another browser, you can visit the dashboard and click RESET.

How often should I update Flow?

You should update Flow whenever an update has been pushed. Updates may feature various bug fixes and new features, so it is important to always be on the latest version. You can find change logs in #updates.

Where is my profile information stored?

All profile information is stored locally on your computer and never interacts with our server or any 3rd party server.

Flow is trying to fill out forms on random sites, why does this happen?

This is due to our AIO forms feature. If you do not wish for these forms to be filled out, simply block the site, you can learn how to do that here.
